Below are three cards I have made for my friend at work.

The next one is for her Daughter to give to her Grandma - I have used Crafters Companion's Barkley CD :
And last but not least - this is one that I have created for her to send to her Friend - again I have used Crafters Companion's Barkley CD - using the image of Purdy :
